Dr Norman Katzoff is a graduate of Boston University’s Henry M. Goldman School of Graduate Dentistry. He believes in constant continuing education. He never stops learning and attending continuing education courses in order to better himself for the benefit of his clients.

He was selected and completed Gordon Christensen’s two year Mentorship program at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry. This two year commitment to studying with Dentistry’s elite educators, puts Dr. Katzoff among a select group of dentists in the country.

Dr Katzoff is a member of the following Dental organizations: CERECdoctors.com, New London County Dental Society, Connecticut State Dental Association, American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Academy of Laser Dentistry, Alpha Omega Dental Fraternity.

Aside, from his dental activities, Dr Katzoff is an active member of Beth Jacob Synagogue in Norwich. Dr Katzoff is an amateur magician and a past president of the Stefanik/Roy New London Society of Magicians.

He also devotes time to his other passion, art. An accomplished potter, Dr Katzoff has also been working with fused glass and Zentangle (ask him about it).

With all of these things going on, other than his family, Dr. Katzoff’s number one commitment is to his team and clients.

Dr. Laura Holden, DMD

Dr. Laura J. Holden has been enjoying practicing general dentistry at Griswold Dental Associates for 16 years. She is a graduate of the Tufts Dental Class of 1993.

Upon completion of her dental degree, she continued her education with a General Practice Residency near Boston.

Dr. Holden completed a comprehensive training course—Cerec CAD-CAM in April 2009, this specialized training compliments her practice with Griswold Dental Associates.

As part of the Griswold Dental Team, Dr. Holden also attended a 2007 Mercer Leadership Conference that recognized our team with the “Eagle in Excellence” award.

She currently practices part time with Griswold Dental Associates and shares her time with her husband, three children and their home in Rocky Hill.

Dr. Holden has achieved a 2nd degree black belt in Karate, and enjoys creating decorative cakes for friends and family.

With all this going on in her life, she still has time to photograph her 2 youth league football players and a cheerleader — the photo opportunities are unlimited!

Dr. Rachel A. Jensen, DMD

Dr. Rachel A. Jensen is the newest member of Griswold Dental Associates. Joining the Team the summer of 2011.

She graduated from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry, Magna Cum Laude where she was involved in multiple organizations Including the Stomatognathic Honor Society, American Association of Women Dentists, Endo Study club and intramural co-ed softball and soccer.

Dr. Jensen has been working in the dental field since college and throughout dental school where she worked as a dental assistant and a administrative team member.

After dental school she completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency at the Providence VA Hospital. Working with our Veterans was a very unique and rewarding experience for her.

During her first year with Griswold Dental Associates, Dr. Jensen has completed several continuing education courses including hands on CEREC CAD-CAM course. Dr. Jensen is also a member of the American Dental Association and the Connecticut State Dental Association.

In her free time Dr. Jensen enjoys doing arts and crafts, trying out new baking/cooking recipes, playing tennis, shopping and hiking. She is excited to be part of the Griswold Dental Associates Team!
